“We had an amazing stay at the surf lodge! Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast options included. The hotel rooms were impeccable clean. Nice pool area to relax. The surf breaks was pumping!!!! Take lessons with Parallel Surf - 100% recommended. Gonna be back soon!”

“L’endroit est très jolie et l’hôtel a du charme. Malheureusement la gestion est catastrophique et n’est pas la faut des employés. Le propriétaire est très négligeant sans aucune sens de la responsabilité vers ses clients et employés. Les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours , pas de serviettes de douche, propreté de l’endroit et chambres discutable…. Si vous pouvez allez chez natura cabaña juste à côté et beaucoup beaucoup mieux. ”

“Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like……

“If you’re going here for the description or the advertising- DONT! It is indeed very misleading this is not a high end retreat place , more like a dormitory/ hostel vibes. The promised 3 minutes walk beach you can’t bath in, rooms are outdated poorly lit and with stained walls. My 1st room was very worrisome as it had a door that didn’t open on my end and led to an adjacent room, I asked to be moved to 2nd floor bedroom due to associated safety concerns, they nicely did! Needless to say I’d left……

“Nice rooms and dinner buffet. Really good food, presentation was really nice. Coffee available 24 hrs. Located close to the city center. Free large water bottles in rooms and they replenish them. Most hotels give you two small bottles or none. Nice robes in the rooms to use when the AC gets cold.”
