The setting overlooking the mountains is simply breathtaking, especially in the mornings and evenings. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, elegant, and timeless, making every moment feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. An unforgettable stay in St. Moritz; luxurious yet comforting, refined yet heartfelt. "Location, room comfort and shower pressure"

"Room was spotless, staff were very helpful and breakfast was amazing! Beds were very comfortable and location was excellent - right near the center of town and the funicular up the mountain! Only downside for us where the rooms were super hot and only opening the window cooled things down (we turned down the radiator as far as it would go). But that meant some noise at night from the old late partier or snow ploughs etc. But definitely would return. "

"The hotel from top to bottom was Fabulous. Great staff, friendly and professional. Old World Charm at its best. Daily menus as well as full menu. Buffet Breakfast. Room was clean, spacious (double) with a small balcony. Pool, fitness room, location 5 minute walk to Bobsleigh Track and Cresta Run. Shuttle available at train station if needed. Email train arrival time ahead. I will be back soon!"
