A beautiful condo with an amazing view! Close to everything. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. John was very helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you 4 a wonderful week stay!

Perfect

We stayed for a week over Memorial Weekend. We brought our boat. The location is perfect for everything you could possibly want to do by water and or walking. Dockage is wide and great for your boat. Check in was easy and communication was even better. Strongly recommend! Will defiantly be back.

Clean Condo, Great Location

This is a great place to spend a week of vacation. The condo was clean and already stocked with some of the basic needs (beach and bath towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets, even some books to read and games to play). Easy access to the Gulf, a swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities (bring some quarters for that). The location is great as you can easily walk on the beach, to four or five restaurants, down to Stump Pass, and even to a boat rental place where you can rent a kayak or a pontoon. The area is family friendly and relaxed. Would recommend!

Definitely 5 Star

Perfect location between beach, restaurants and Lemon Bay. This definitely hit the Trifecta. If you enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans, the beach and walking to great restaurants this is a winner. The condo is spotless and the owner is a gem to work with. Not one single problem and we have already booked an even longer vacation here for next year. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much John for a wonderful vacation experience!

Overall this place is great. We are the type to buy our food and cook in each day. So our only negative thing (and minor), is that some basic kitchen utensils were missing. It needs a good kitchen tong and plastic spatula. We love the fact that we have the view of Lemon Bay and access to the Gulf, pool and Laundry. Many things are within walking distance.

Excellent stay

The unit was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Full stuffed kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, fishing stuff. Nothing beats sitting on a balcony watching the boats go by. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Great location and access to beach

This was my first time on manasota key and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and i felt very comfortable staying here. The access to the beach is right across the road and the view of the bay is wonderful.

Perfect getaway

Baytime was perfect for our Florida visit. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning and cocktails in the evening, watching the dolphins, pelicans, terns, fisherpeople, boaters, kayakers and paddle boarders. The neighbors are friendly and invited us to join their happy hour get-togethers. Although the area is full of activity during the day, the nights were quiet and we slept well on the comfortable bed. Plenty of destinations for long walks on the beach, down to Stump Pass State Park, or to lunch at one of the great restaurants on the key. We will return!
