"It was a stop on the bus route from Haneda Airport. There were many dining options and a convenience store nearby. I was particularly impressed with the great service and personal attention of the staff at the reception counter and that of the bell captains. Personally, I would like to thank Junko ( the gal with the “Kiwi” accent) for her concern and exceptional service."
