"We enjoyed our stay at Ruins BnB. It was the perfect spot to unwind for two days and see Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii. Nice free breakfast, and very cute common area. The area was quiet. Not much to do in the evening, but it was perfect for two nights. "

"Beautiful but funky villa. The main hotel and event spaces are beautiful. The room was large enough with high ceiling and elaborate 19 century decor. The shower was tiny and both shower and sink drain so slowly that scum builds up. AC Unit didn’t work. Luckily it was cool in evening with large windows to balcony overlooking sea. Restaurant has lovely outdoor area but food pretty mediocre. Risotto and pasta very undercooked ( not just al dente) and seafood portions tiny. "

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"

"Got to Golden Mile bed and breakfast at 3:15 pm after 3 hours drive from Rome . As I got to front gate and call by intercoms , I was told «  check in time is at 4 pm! Come back at 4 pm! »any hotel will let u get in , sit and have a glass of water even though 4 pm is very late to start with ! The hotel is 30 mns drive to downtown and 40 mns or more during rush hour . The hotel sits in a corner between 2 busy streets ! It is very noisy and could not sleep all nite .even with closed...

"Hotel is at the end of an alley in a rough part of town. I got there at 8 pm, no lights on at the property, I had a reservation so they knew I was coming, pushed the door bell three different times, I could it ring inside the building, no one answered so I had to find another hotel. When I complained, their answer is they were home, I must have been at the wrong place. Nope, looked just like the picture, only run down."
