"This is a great place to stay in Bonn if you like a B&B. It is in a historic/preservation area and the neighborhood is very good. The staff was excellent. Breakfast is very good. "Maria Suites is a family run small hotel of four suites. The rooms are located above an Italian restaurant, Damiano run by the same family. The restaurant is very good. Mine was a really spacious modern room, with lounge and balconies. I expect they are all the same. Fantastic location near the Dom and Cologne Central train station."

"The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. There was no key for the bathroom, which is accessible from either two separate rooms, thus we had to make rules ( knock on door before entering the bathroom/toilet ). "Nach langer Anreise war die erste Hürde die Parkplätze des Hotels zu finden, diese waren sehr schlecht Aus-/ Beschildert. Die Anreise in der Nacht machte das Ganze nicht leichter. Hotel machte einen sehr neuwertigen und gepflegten Eindruck, welcher schnell getrübt wurde da wir beim einräumen des Gepäckes in den Schrank, von Silberfischen überrascht wurden. Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, das Bett ist allerdings nur 1,40cm breit! Zu allem Überfluss war die Matratze dann auch noch...

"Schrecklichste Nacht überhaupt! Obwohl ich erfolgreich gebucht hatte wurde mir erst bei der Ankunft um 23:30 auf eine unhöfliche Art und Weise gesagt, dass sie keine freien Zimmer mehr haben. Alternativ Lösung war ein Zimmer in einer anderen Wohnung. Mitten in der Nacht würde ich dann von zwei wimfremden Männer in einem Auto abgeholt und zur anderen Wohnung gebracht. Angekommen stellte ich mit Entsetzen fest, dass die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer in der ich die Nacht verbringen sollt, total...

"I’d booked this hotel to break up 2 long drives. The only reason I chose it was that there was an on site restaurant. Was informed the restaurant was not going to be open via an email a few hours before we arrived. Frankly I wouldn’t have booked had I known this beforehand. "

"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "
