“Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay ”

“Wonderful staff. Our deluxe sea view rooms on 4th floor had beautiful views. We requested rooms where pets were not allowed due to my uni student teenage daughter's allergies. She arrived with red, itchy face and her face improved significantly during our 4 day stay, so they clearly obliged. Furthermore we were put in interconnected rooms and this really made our stay - connected via corridor. All staff were very friendly from the young chap on reception to the breakfast and spa staff.
