「This property is fairytale cute, so welcoming and relaxing. We had a beautiful stay in Vermont thanks to this location. And there were surprise puppies on site!!!!! Honestly this was the kind of trip that gives you confidence in vacation rentals. Clean, wonderfully decorated, off the beaten path a truly relaxing stay! Go outside at night!!!! 「The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. 「This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...

「Our daughter just turned 43 and is severely challenged and in a wheelchair requiring her helper Staff to assist. The house had the proper h/c accommodations for this without having the appearance of such. 「We had the most perfect stay during our home renovation. We needed a place last minute, and we couldnt have found a more perfect house. The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s. 「The hotel is about 15 minutes drive to UMass which is acceptable. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only thing to mention is the AC - heat was not working well and stop automatically after 10 minutes run. The front desk was kind and the overall experience was fine and we will consider to be back if we visit UMass again.」
