「Our family of 12 enjoyed a long weekend and it truly was Almost Heaven! From the amazing sunrises and sunsets to the fully appointed mountain cabin, we had an amazing time! Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and downtown Asheville were all easy driving distances and offered fun for all!Great location and beautiful cabin atop your own mountain! Who could ask for more!」

「We had a great vacation. Close to hiking, fishing, and rafting/tubing. 」

「This was a return stay and like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed. Check-in and out is seamless. View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you.」

「Great, short stay at Mike's place. Cabin was cozy and had great amenities. Host communication was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.Two downsides:#1 - we couldn't stay longer!#2 - dogs across the street are kind of noisy...but that's not on Mike, just the nature of dogs.」

「The house was incredible and had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus two pups. The view from the deck was stunning and great to drink coffee on in the morning and sip bourbon on at night. Kids had a blast in the game room, even though they couldn’t beat me in shuffleboard! Mike and Rachel were fantastic hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip. And if you do go would also recommend tubing down the French Brd River at Mad Co Tubing. Our kiddos...

The check in process was a bit odd, the cottages are not clearly marked, they had to guess which cabin was theirs and try their code. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, and the hosts were quick in response and great hosts! 」

「Very enjoyable...and loved the hot tub!」

「The house was perfect for a family/friend get together. We stayed here while going to the NHRA races at Bristol Motor Speedway and it was very convenient. The house is clean, well stocked with essentials, and family friendly.」
