“We loved our stay at Torre Vella Fontenille. The property is expansive and beautifully maintained, with wild-feeling grounds, a gorgeous pool area, and walking paths that lead to the cliffs and sea in about 20 minutes. “The place is really nicely done. Five Star for the farmhouse character. We stayed 7 nights. Service failed most of the time at breakfast and for dinner. We had a friendly, but very unexperienced staff. Better you bring some resilience along with your vacation mood and just get the cutlery yourself. There are worse things in life. “On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.”

“Here’s a shorter, more upbeat Expedia version that still gives a useful warning: We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming and helpful—and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only downside was parking.
