“The location was great - proximity to Palma, bus line, beach - but not what I would consider a 5 star hotel. Service was lacking and a bit disappointing; for example the airline lost our luggage and I asked for a brush to be delivered to our room, and it never was despite 2 calls. One morning we scheduled room service for a time indicated on their ordering card (10 am - 10:15 am); it arrived at 10:40 am after a phone call. The experience contrasts with other 5 star hotels where the service is……

“酒店位置距離碼頭是十五分鐘內的步行，但因為酒店在一大段斜坡上，所以拿大行李的話不能走樓梯上坡，以Z字斜坡上大概走25分鐘的大斜路..比較吃力.. 不過早上起床看到對面一大片海景感覺斜坡走得挺有價值的”

“We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. “The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all……
