“I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this……

“The photographs of the proposed booking attached to this feedback are totally different from the actual apartment, which is far tinier. It comprised a kitchen, living room, with an uncomfortable sofa (bed), a breakfast bar, with no dining table, a tiny bathroom and a bedroom. In addition, the apartment entrance was on the corner, not at the side of the property and it was on the ground floor, not an upper storey, as depicted in the photos. “A perfectly and cleverly designed little flatlet type holiday apartment. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful York. The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment has been decorated to the highest of standards with the most tasteful and high quality soft furnishings. It was also immaculately presented. “The property was nice and clean. The bed was advertised as a King but wasn't. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to turn on the shower. I messaged the owner but didn't get a response for over two hours. But we still had a good time.”
