「Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Munkerup. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr aufmerksam. Leider hatten wir keine Bettwäsche dabei, da dies im Inserat nicht ersichtlich war. Aber Casper hat dieses Problem umgehend für uns gelöst. Herzlichen Dank für alles!」

"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"
