“乾淨、明亮，美味的早餐是特色，地點接近火車站、公車站具方便性。 但是分配給我的房間是邊間 ，沒有窗戶，桌上的燈光壞了，廁所的洗手槽，水排洩管路，不順暢，有積水現象。”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“A decent hotel in Verona but a bit far from the sightseeing places, it would be nice to have car (or bike), nevertheless we know we will rent a car when we book, after all free parking spaces around the streets (bonus). Our room (3 persons) may see the canal over the window, very peaceful and quiet. Need to mention, the breakfast, is excellent and wifi is OK. The staff is polite and very helpful (needs to thank them during our stay).”
