Come experience a more laid back approach to life in Bonita Springs, Florida. Where tropical gardens, warm breezes, and the sparkling waters of the Gulf Coast create a relaxing retreat for any occasion. The property boasts multiple outdoor pools, a 1000 ft Lazy River with water features, several onsite restaurants and a bar, private beach access with beach chairs and umbrellas, a business center, golf, concierge services, an area shuttle, and much more. Sunset cruises, sailing, fishing excursions, party vessels, boat rentals, and more are available for a fee with the concierge. Nearby you can also find Coconut Point Mall, Wonder Gardens, and enjoy archeological activities at Mound House.

This light and airy two bedroom, two bath condo is spacious enough to accommodate up to eight guests. It features high-speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, a washer & dryer, and a fully furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a large vanity. The guest bedroom has two double beds and access to a full bathroom as well. The living room features a sleeper sofa, while the separate dining area features a large table and additional seating at the kitchen bar top. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware.

*Guest room typically features 2 double beds, but may have a king bed and a sleeper sofa instead. Please inquire before booking.

Units are assigned at check-in, pictures are representative of the unit, and decor, layout, and room view may vary.

Complimentary parking is available for the first vehicle. Additional parking is subject to availability and may involve a fee. There is no RV parking available.

An ID and a credit card are due at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Late Arrivals - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If arriving after 11:00 pm, advance arrangements must be made by calling the property's Front desk.

Coconut Cove stay

Newer property unit very clean and spacious. Had a large screened in balcony area and washer and dryer in unit. Very quiet and relaxing and nice amenities. Would definitely stay again!
