Nice Condo right down the road from RMNP

Great for two couples. You can see and hear the river and the location is fantastic if you are visiting RMNP. Exactly as described.

Estes Park Fall River Estates

The property was nice, and we really enjoyed exploring the outdoors. We even saw 3 elk and many chipmunks. The mattresses and pillows, however, should be replaced. They are very uncomfortable and worn out. I know air conditioning is uncommon in Colorado, but it was hot and hard to sleep. We did use the fans, but all of us are accustomed to AC, so it was quite uncomfortable to us while trying to sleep.

2 wonderful days in Rocky Mountain National Park

Wonderful stay. We loved how close we were to the park, and also loved being a few miles out of town to give a real feel of being in nature. Very nice condo. We're from Texas and used to having air conditioning, but there were numerous large fans available to cool things down at night. We would love to stay here again if we were lucky enough to come back.
