Estes Dream is all about the views while staying in this upscale luxury mountain home! Situated within walking distance of the Historic Stanley Hotel, Estes Dream provides all the amenities for those with discerning tastes. No expense was spared during the remodel, and it shows! With its unique contemporary mountain design, Estes Dream stands out from all the rest. Enjoy and appreciate the views of Long's Peak from extensive windows inside, a large outdoor deck with dining table and Weber grill, plus an outside patio with a fire pit. The interior design of this home will not disappoint. On the main floor, you will enjoy this well decorated stunning home with open concept living room, fireplace, 65-inch TV with Sonos speakers, lofted ceilings, beautiful formal dining area, kitchen island with additional seating, upgraded kitchen appliances, and hardwood flooring throughout the upper living area. There is easy access to the elevated deck and patio area as well so you can enjoy that morning coffee or evening beverage. In the evening, head downstairs where you can enjoy the casual living room area with another 65-inch TV with Sonos speakers for movie night, ping pong, and walkout access to the patio with a fire pit. On the lower level, there is also an office space with 1 gigabit fiber internet to be able to work remotely. This gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for entertaining. Air conditioning on the main floor will keep you comfortable even during those warmer summer nights. There is an attached two-car garage and washer/dryer; all easily accessible on the main floor of the home.

This home sleeps eight comfortably with luxury 800 thread count sheets and Stearns and Foster mattresses. The master suite is located on the main floor with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and bathroom with heated floors and a steam shower and separate bathtub. Downstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with full bunkbeds, plus a hallway full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional half bath on the main floor.

Estes Dream is an easy short walk to downtown Estes Park for shopping and dining. You are only ten minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, and only minutes from the Lake Estes walking trail, Estes Park Movie Theater, and the Safeway grocery store. Better than described!

The location is perfect. Secluded but right in the middle of everything. You could walk the neighborhood for quiet stroll or walk .25 mile into town for dinner. The house was high end everything including fire pits, grill, steam shower, ping pong table and so much more. The check in was easy and the property manager was friendly and considerate. Highly recommend this place. Worth every penny!
