Estes Park Hotel with Pool

"Everything is excellent, except neighbors above. We had a room on 1st floor and when on second floor someone walking it just like walking on your room."

"This place might look small and not too exciting for me outside but it does everything that you need for a weekend getaway. Me and my husband were able to enjoy your Mountain View and relax in a walking distance to a restaurant. It was lovely."

"Nice place. The room was very spacious. We were on the second floor and the room above us was very lud until after midnight. Even turning the jetted tub on at 11:00 pm. Sounded light a jet taking off above us."

"There was no hot tub"

"The room was nothing like the pictures I saw on the Internet when I booked making it nothing like I expected. It was suppose to be 2 bedroom but one of the bedrooms was part of the living room. The walls and ceiling was extremely thin making the noise from the room above us and beside us very loud, people outside yelling late after I was in bed (10:30-11:00 pm). Looked like hardwood flooring that had been layed on top of carpet making the floors soft and unlevel. There was holes in the wall, the trim was loose on the floor and the couch looked like a piece of outside furniture. I was very unsatisfied, I called the the help desk and someone came to my room and told me nothing else was available. She did ask if I wanted to stay and by that time I felt I had no other choice just getting to Colorado from KY so I stayed but never again I would never have chosen Nicki’s Resort. It may not matter to some but the furnace in the living room backed up to the bathroom making it easy to see thru."
