1.Oven does not heat to set temperature
2. Several burned out light bulbs
3. HDMI cable missing from king bed room suite
4. Clock in king bed room suite does not work
5. Neither closet had clothes hangers
6. Latch on patio door was broken and you could get locked outside if you shut the door when you went out (there was a warning sign briar looked like it had bern there for a long time)
7. Door from queen suite bathroom that opens into living area would not lock
8. Lite cycle on dishwasher does not work
9. Keyless entry app would not unlock the front door
10. One side of toaster does not work
11. There is a hot tub fee that is a surprise when you commit to rent the unit and is not covered in the stated day rate, even though the advertisement touts the fact there is a hot tube at the unit. Based on that, one would expected the hot tub to covered in the published day rate
Not an item that anyone can do anything about, but the bedrooms are really small and tight and even though the ad says it will sleep six, it would be really really tight and there were no bed linens or pillows for the pull out bed.
Other the above things,
Views are spectacular, especially morning sunrise over the mountains
Based on all the little things above, you get the impression that the management company (or owner) don’t care and obviously do not check that things are in good working order after each rental.
