Colorado vacation

This house worked fantastic for our family of 12! We had a lot of room and the boys enjoyed the basketball hoop. We spent a great deal of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park so the location was perfect!

Perfect Family Vacation

Elk Watching Paradise

We loved this property for many reasons. Plenty of space for everyone, beautiful overlook to the mountains, well stocked kitchen and a perfect view to watch the elk during the rut. Lots of wildlife around the property, which everyone enjoyed.

Estes Park, Colorado

Check in process went very smoothly and we were greeted by 12 elk across the road. Kitchen had plenty of cups, glasses, plates and utensils. We had two coffee pots upstairs and one downstairs. We had taken several paper products and didn’t need any as there was more than an ample supply already there. The only thing we had to buy was ice. The downstairs icemaker didn’t work and the upstairs refrigerator couldn’t keep up with 12 people.

perfect for large group

We had a great time visiting RMNP and this nice house is one of the reasons. It is very spacious, at a perfect location and it is very well maintained. There is a group of elks near by and they visited us several times during our stay. overall we are very happy with our experience.

Traditional Christmas Cabin

House was perfect for our faimly of 14. Plenty of room for games and fun as we celebrated Christmas together. The adult couples all had their own suite, and the kids had the bunk room. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything.

Always a great time at this property

We love staying here, the location and facilities are perfect for a family vacation. If you're looking to see wildlife you will see plenty right outside the door. It's fairly close to town and all the attractions in the surrounding area. This was our second time going here for our annual Estes Park family vacation and it never disappoints.

Perfect for our women’s retreat

Our retreat with 18 women was a perfect getaway in this lovely home. We prepared all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The large living room had plenty of seating for all of us during our meetings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. We hardly had to share! I would definitely book this again!

Family Thanksgiving

There were 12 in our family group, from grandparents to two younger children 4 and 7. We all enjoyed the amount of space in the house. The extras were great - completed about 3 of the puzzles. The kitchen was fantastic for preparing food for a large group. We all enjoyed our stay.

Gracious Host and a Great Location

We had everything we needed for the weekend. The place has some stunning views, windows and natural light everywhere, and a wonderful set up for our larger group. Communication was easy and the accommodations were very comfortable. Would definitely go back!

In town with family for a wedding

We were in Estes Park for our daughter’s wedding and had 11 adults and an infant. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean and had lots of communal space for relaxing and eating. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend for a group.
