Overlook Fall River and the Rocky Mountains from the patio of cozy Unit 105. This ¾-bath suite with kitchenette features its own two-person jetted tub and gas grill with table and chairs. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace on a queen-size bed with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests one mile away and your stay includes a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer with complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps two.

I got there after the desk was closed and had a tough time figuring out how to get to my room in the dark. They did give you a map, which kind of helped but it was still confusing. Otherwise a good stay.

Great Location for Rocky National Park!

We loved our stay this past week when going to the national park. it's only a couple minutes away from the nearest park entrance and less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Estes Park. The property was clean, quiet, and had great scenery. Highly recommend staying here!

Fair accomodations

I would not recommend for several reasons. The space was small and we had many issues with our facility. The bed was smaller than a queen and uncomfortable. The cooktop plate did not work and the facility could of used updating. I would not use this facility again.

Very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Kitchen and jetted tub packed into a small space, but it was good. The jets stopped working in the tub.

The property is in a very nice location. Very close to the park and out of town, but not to far. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Bathroom and Kitchen are very small but we made it work.

We had a great time in our space. One down fall was the hair in the shower, coffee container was still in the coffee maker, and a pony tail in the sheets. Otherwise it was a great time and easy check in. Everything else was clean!

Mountain getaway

We absolutely loved the location of the property. We was so close to the RMNP but also a short distance from local shops. We got to enjoy several different wildlife right from the balcony. We also enjoyed the free movie rentals! We would definitely recommend this stay.

Perfect getaway

We were in town for a quick wedding and didn't want to stay in a hotel. Fawn Valley Inn was PERFECT! Our room was adorable, and the hot tub was clean and HOT! The staff were super friendly, and amenities were great. Easy to find, and super close to fun activities.

We enjoyed our stay here and the jacuzzi tub and fireplace were nice. However cosmetically the room wasn't the best. There were a few small holes in the wall and the blinds were very worped and partly broken. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
