This spacious split level home is located within the private community of Windcliff Estates, on the sunny side of Rams Horn Mountain. No pets allowed. No service animals.
The home provides spectacular views of the Continental Divide and of course the Rocky Mountain National Park, yet is only a short drive to downtown Estes Park (approximately 5-6 miles). Villa Mir can be best described as a peaceful place (literal translation). You will enjoy both privacy and tranquility during your stay with Mother Natures glory ever present. Panoramic views from the main living areas and Master bedroom on the first floor, and also in the family room and bedroom located on the lower level. The home is designed to welcome multi generational families with separate areas for all ages to co-exist. Children will see wildlife up close as deer routinely wander across the property. Coyotes will serenade you in the evening. A vacation at Villa Mir will guarantee your family a wonderful opportunity to experience the very best that Mother Nature & Colorado have to offer. The house has undergone renovation in recent years, all bathrooms and bedrooms have been freshly painted and upgraded. The newly remodeled kitchen is spacious ad fully equipped to entertain, with newer appliances. Main Floor : Kitchen : Dining / Living Area, open space with a large fireplace, offers wall to wall views : Master bedroom (Kg bed) with ensuite bathroom & walk in shower. Breathtaking views! : 2nd Bedroom (twins combined to convert to a Kg), large closet, more views ; Main Bathroom, offers tub for little ones : Large Deck : Two door garage with ease of access to house via the kitchen Lower level : Spacious Family Room with queen size sleeper couch and same views as rooms above. : 3rd Bedroom twin beds and same views as the Master bdrm. : 3rd Bathroom : Laundry Area with washer and dryer : Walkout to lower deck Garage Available to guests

The summer time in Estes Park is extremely busy; traffic congestion can make getting around challenging. The Town offers a free shuttle and there are shuttle stops all over town. You can use the free shuttle to get to town as well as Rocky Mountain National Park through the visitors center. In the Winter, the town is much slower and the shuttle does not run; a car would definitely help.
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT
This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
(also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. By booking this property you automatically agree to the House Rules.
Cleaning Policy:
The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
Reservation Policy:
We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
our negligence.
2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
disclaimer below.
4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
items.
5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
6. There are no refunds for early departure.
7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $45 for unbagged trash.
10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
12. This is not a party house.
13. This is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental.
14. Pets are NOT allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
property manager.
15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy.
16. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges.
17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Disclaimer:
Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove
snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
intentional acts of harm.
This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
conditions stated herein.
