“The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort……

“We had a wonderful 1 night stay here June. The staff make this place, extremely helpful and polite whether it be front of house, breakfast room staff or cleaners going about their day, everyone took the time to say hello. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room. Room itself was fab, clean and bed super comfy, we had a small balcony which was lovely in the evening. Only downside was the fridge was off when we got there so all drinks in minibar were warm but shops are nearby for cold……

“I misunderstood parking at the property and Geri solved it for me. In general the staff was extremely gentle and very helpful. The hotel was in very good shape and in a very convenient location. I totally recommend it. Thank you for all your help and making my stay more enjoyable!”
