“From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged……

“Lovely, charming ryokan exactly as pictured. The omakase dinner was amazing and the breakfast was also very welcome. It’s in a very quiet part of the village so it’s very peaceful. One of the rooms has a patio great for chilling out and it’s almost dark enough at night to take photos of the Milky Way. On a side note, I initially just wanted to drop my bags off in morning, but to my surprise, the owner allowed me to check-in early! Highly recommended stay. Some things to note: - There’s a shop……

“Very conveniently located. Just a few streps away from the JR Kure station, and a couple of blocks from the Yamato maritime museum, which can be accessed via a foot bridge. Hotel is showing signs of age but is well maintained and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Good lighting in the room. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor with excellent view of the city and the port. Hotel offers cute hand-drawn maps showing staff’s recommended restaurants, cafes, very cute. ”
