The staff understood my needs and made my stay extremely comfortable by bringing a room key enabled for an additional day to stay in the same room and listening to my needs. It was “in the moment” decision and I did not want to be bothered by going to the reception area to change the key. I highly recommend this hotel after you had an intensive business trip or a family gathering, and you want to just have your “me” time."
