Clean, Modern Guest Suite in the Hills with Large Kitchen and Private Deck

​A modern “mother-in-law suite” on a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills. The suite is a completely private space (much like an apartment) that is attached to our home. We will be in the main house throughout your stay so you may hear light footsteps or see us in the driveway.

The space has a private deck, full kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator), living room (queen pullout couch, 50” TV, office desk/adjustable chair), bedroom (queen bed, 32” TV, dresser), and bathroom (two sinks, shower/tub). Free street parking and trash, recycling, and compost disposal onsite. Deep cleaned between each stay. BEAUTIFUL sunset views from the private deck, mature evergreens, and wildlife all around!

Please note: There are three flights of exterior stairs leading to the entrance. Street parking is angled on the hill so you’ll want to use your emergency brake when in park.
