  • Discover this 3-bedroom house in one of Eugene's most central locations. The space features one California King bed and two Queen beds, as well as living room full, offering plenty of room for guests to relax comfortably. Recently renovated by Kendra Lifestyle Homes and an extension of the known aesthetic. Featuring two bathrooms, one in the central hall and the other a luxe ensuite.

    Thoughtful design and great separation of space with a fully fenced backyard make this a wonderful retreat for track town events, football games or simply discover the green phenomenon Eugene has to offer. Hosted by Eugene local, you have found yourself a quiet retreat in the middle of everything. Walk Gillespie Butte for a wonderful view of the city, or jaunt to Oakway center for premium shopping, just 2.4 miles from Austen Stadium.

    This delightful and peaceful home invites you to unwind and enjoy a truly excellent getaway. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at Oak + Light, a family home renovated for comfort, and entertaining.
