Staff in the office were very efficient and friendly; the room was very clean, also providing healthy snacks alongside the coffee tray. I will plan on staying here again in the future.

Clean and comfortable. A basic motel brought to life and elevated. A well maintained motel with some fresh paint and lighting that makes a very positive difference in the vibe. The owners/managers? were friendly and accommodating. We had an enjoyable walk to voodoo donuts from the motel. I recommend and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay during Ducks games. Clean rooms, COMFORTABLE beds, which is a huge thing for my husband and I. Helpful staff. A little overpriced but the positives absolutely outweigh it.

Room was very eclectic! Loved it! A/C was noisy & blew directly on the head of the bed. Sink in bath didn't drain well. Coffee pot needed cleaning. Room & parking lot were exceptionally clean.

This place is clean and comfortable but the neighborhood is sketchy. Major police raid happened next door during our stay which was alarming and prevented us from leaving on time, as we were told by police to stay in our room while they secured the area. I know that was an unusual occurrence and I would probably stay here again because the bed was so darn comfortable. Eugene police were extremely friendly and polite!

Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out.

Impressive seeing the owner taking such pride and tending to the property himself. Homeless have been moving closer since staying at the Signature Inn for the past two years as a step off to my flight home from Eugene Airport. The owner is obviously monitoring cameras on the property and is quick to address the homeless before encroaching on the property
