PROS: let's get this out of the way.....the view is absolutely stunning. It's perhaps one of the nicest views of the coast line we saw during our entire trip through northern California.
One other nice thing, this house is huge for being only three bedrooms. The living and dining rooms have ample space for more people than could sleep there.
Lastly, the management company that runs this property were very responsive. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the downstairs tenant, both of which were answered and fixed quickly. We truly appreciated not having to wait hours for a response.
CONS: Unfortunately, there are some parts of this house that seem quite dated....especially the bathrooms. They could all use a refresh. Speaking of refresh, the house has a "damp" smell that was off-putting to some of in our group. It got better once we opened all the windows, but didn't go away.
Despite seeing multiple ant traps around the kitchen, there were multiple ants found in almost every room. One bed seemed to be a favorite hiding spot for them.
Last, and this is probably nit-picky, but a house this big that costs this much should have a washer/dryer. We honestly didn't even think to check the listing when we first booked the property, because we simply assumed that something of this level would have access to laundry. We were hiking through Redwood NP during our stay, and it would have been a huge plus to be able to wash our clothes at the end of the day.
