Luxury Modern Southern Home (also A Masters Rental)

This house represents southern charm at its finest. You will feel instantly at home and relaxed when you drive up and see the rocking chairs on the front porch of this stylish home located in a small, quiet, and private cluster of 35 homes called Blanchard Estates. This home was built in 2016 and has all the amenities you could want.

A three shelf humidor is located in the foyer for your usage while occupying the house. There is a chef's kitchen with double ovens, built in microwave, vented hood, 36 inch gas cooktop, top of the line refrigerator, walk in pantry, massive island, standing mixer, top end Calphalon pots and pans, full food prep items (including knife set) and desk area (with cookbooks). All bedrooms have a flat screen television with apple tv attached (has access to our Hulu, Netflix, ESPN and HBO accounts). All toiletries found in all bathroom are available for guest use (including bubble bath). There is a Keurig and plenty of k-cups (morning roast, blond roast, french roast, and sweet tea). This 3580 sqft house can sleep up to 15: Each of the 5 bedrooms sleeps 2, the movie room couch can sleep 2, and there is a king size and queen elevated air mattress that can each sleep 2 in the downstairs living room.

Master bedroom (Downstairs): King size bed, attached sitting room, his and her closets. 60 inch TV with back lighting. The bathroom is a dream. The shower is walk-in, floor to ceiling 100% tiled and closed in shower with two showerheads, bench and two nooks. Shower is perfect for long steam showers. There is a bathtub, separate toilet room, two sinks that are on opposite sides of the bathroom. Her sink has a vanity/knee space area.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen size bed and a 55 inch TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs just outside that is used as a guest bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King size bed, walk in closet, attached full bathroom and 55 inch TV.

Dining room seats seven. There is porcelain and crystal service for 12 (but paper products also available)

Living room has a wood burning fireplace, two couches, a 75 inch flat screen smart TV, and an upright piano

Movie/Game room (Upstairs): has projector with a 120 inch screen and a 5.1 Klipsch surround sound system, blackout curtains, an oversized sectional couch that seats 6 adult’s comfortably plus a chair to bring the seating for 7. There is an Xbox360, WiiU, PlayStation 4, Atari and nerf guns galore.

Back porch has a wood burning fireplace and dura-logs for use. 3 s’mores/hotdog skewers available.

Gym with 10 foot weight rack, wall ball/handstand pushup wall, gymnastics rings, 10ftx4ft gymnastics mat, 2 yoga matts, wall balls (10lb, 14lb, 20lb) kettlebells (24, 54, and 70kbs), 2 male bars, 1 female bar, 1 training bar, 3 jump ropes, 2 ab matts, 1 60lb slam ball, 1 cushioned box (for box jumps), 620lbs in free weights, and gym towels. A concept 2D rower, and an assist bike.

Loft: The lady of the house runs a bespoke bow tie company and the upstairs loft is where the work is done. You are welcome to use the sewing machine if needed.

Blanchard Woods Park is within walking distances where is a 5k cross country track, several soccer fields, a playground, a skate park, and a dirt bike track.
