Reception d'un logement sale qui nous a gâché tout le séjour.

Arrivée le samedi sans personne pour l'accueil. Nettoyage de 3h pour avoir un logement propre alors que j'ai payé 80 euros pour le ménage. Lundi fait part de mon mécontentement à l'agence avec photos à l'appui (cuisine sale, ustensiles de cuisine sales, meubles poussiéreux, salon de jardin sale et abimé, couette de lit trop petite, etc. Obligation d'aller manger au restaurant tout les jours( pas prévu dans le budget) vue l'état de la cuisine. le comble est que personne ne s'est manifesté durant le séjour de 3 semaines.
