「Everything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable. I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.」

El agua caliente en la ducha a veces costaba, pero la hacíamos funcionar abriendo el agua caliente del lavamanos. Y no nos hicimos problema. Muy limpio, la cama comodísima, todo lo demas funcionaba de 10. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.」

I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed.」

Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location.
