The room was lovely. Good size and comfy. Bathroom was lovely. All very clean. Staff were friendly. We were disappointed when we arrived as wanted to leave a small bag for couple hours as bit early for room and we were charged £5. We've never paid anywhere else for that service.

Lovely hotel

Right from when we arrived at reception, everyone has has been extremely nice, the receptionist the bar staff the cleaners everyone, we couldn’t ask for. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfy, the bathroom was spotless as was the room itself, we had tea and coffee making facilities, there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, just perfect.

Highly recommend! Front desk staff member was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password.

Very clean, staff were lovely. Bed was huge and very comfy. The walls are incredibly thin though, we could hear the guest in the room next door on his phone, we could hear every word! Luckily we had brought earplugs for night. The car park is small but alternative parking was available. Can’t fault the location, right by the town centre. Didn’t eat in the hotel because there was so much choice minutes from the hotel. Would book again, good value for money.

Convenient

Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Only minor hassle was that the elevator wasn’t working on the second floor. Drakes restaurant / bar OK if you are tired or in a hurry. Better options downtown a short walk away.
