「We stayed in one of the Lodges. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies (decent quality not cheap), a great supply of Borders biscuits, and cleaning equipment including tablets for the dishwasher. Only problem was one of the bathrooms didn’t have a lock on the door. Our booking stated check out is 11:00 however the checkout for lodges is 10:00 with no opportunity to request a late checkout. We took a fan with us as wasn’t sure how hot the lodge would be but it was...

「Top level floors have rooms with slanted ceilings. This takes up air space and makes those rooms a bit awkward to move. The tanks up there make loud noises when filling too. May be a more pleasant stay if you book rooms on the 1-2 floor. Nice bar/brunch area downstairs and friendly staff. Near downtown.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
