「Top level floors have rooms with slanted ceilings. This takes up air space and makes those rooms a bit awkward to move. The tanks up there make loud noises when filling too. May be a more pleasant stay if you book rooms on the 1-2 floor. Nice bar/brunch area downstairs and friendly staff. Near downtown.」

「Lack of water in the rooms and limited amount of tea and coffee, for two people. Whilst I understand the need to cut back on extras like this, these are the little things that make the stay special. Impressed by all the staff who greeted us nicely whenever within their space.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
