Good couple of nights stay. Price good, clean room, fantastic view and breakfast was excellent. Staff nice and helpful. Within walking distance of the graduation ceremony 👍
Everything was great
Lovely room double bed on suite and spotless
Highly recommend it
Very good value
The staff were really nice and helpful especially Lisa
The only negative aspect of the stay was parking, given that you advertise free parking and the picture shows a large parking area. Otherwise a cute room with enough of what I needed for a night away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, thank you all
Great option for a low cost stay within easy walking distance of the centre. Free parking- reception will provide a pass to display in your car. Good, clean rooms with tea & coffee making facilities. Towels and a small bar of soap provided, but no shampoo or shower gel. Excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold dishes, vegan/ vegetarian options, juices, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Rooms are small but adequate.
The facilities are great for what they are.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Its great dor a quick stop but anything more than a few nights it could be uncomfortable.
The buffet breakfast was excellent: there were wide choices to suit every taste. The reception staff were exceptional: we have seldom encountered such a welcoming, considerate team. They did all they could to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
During our stay, there was extensive building work being carried out on the campus -which resulted in diversions and restricted parking spaces - but this was obviously a temporary problem.
The rooms we had were a big step above the student rooms we had back in the 1980's although they could benefit from better ventilation in hot weather. The fact they had ensuite facilities and lifts helped greatly. The breakfast was very good indeed and the staff very professional and friendly.
The University Accommodation was very clean and well cared for. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and very acceptable.
You do need to bring all your own essentials as toiletries are limited to hand soap. Don’t forget a hairdryer if you need one. Breakfast was most appealing.

The property was spotless ,very secure. The staff friendly and helpful.
It took 40 years but I finally made it to university!😂
The room was a standard dorm room with basic facilities. And a wonderful view from the 13th floor. And as it was after the end of the term it was very quiet and empty.
All you can eat breakfast included, so a great start to the day.

Liked: Cleanliness
Good rooms, beautiful location at the university campus. A rather poor breakfast service with nearly only fried food available. Difficulties with obtaining an institutional invoice, hopefully to be solved by mail.
Good points first: bed comfortable
Good breakfast
Shower hot
But the reason this gets such a low rating is the carpet absolutely stank. I saw it was new carpet in the hallways but the room carpets desperately need replacing. I tried dousing it with body spray to no avail, but it really marred my stay. I feel for the poor student that gets this hall in term time.
The location is beautiful and very handy from Exeter St Davids station. It is a steep uphill walk from there, but I enjoyed it. My room was clean and functional as advertied. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety if options.
Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay.
