"Layout/design of property and location of property was outstanding. However, on arrival house was very dusty with visible cockroaches in residence, would recommend - pre-check-in clean/inspection by property cleaner if house not used consecutively. Multiple remotes for TVs and aircons were not onsite - this was inconvenient, but workable. Of considerable note was the broken fan in the main living area, not ideal during December. Nor was the dirt, used/dirty clothes and dirty baby bottle and toys found in the foldout couch in the living area. Only thing letting this property down is poor cleanliness and ongoing maintenance not being upkept."
