“Good”

“Very nice hotel overall. The hotel is a bit far from everything against my thoughts.”

“The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.”

“There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton.”

“Lovely b&b in the heart of town; easy to get to and parking is easy. Highly recommend!”

“Clean room and comfortable bed”

“Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with……

“For a one night stay, it was very satisfying. We would definitely stay again.”

“Great room”

“The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond serving us”

“Everything was great.”

“Location was good, staff were friendly, and the A/C worked great. I felt safe on property. However, the room smelled so awful that it was hard to sleep. There were stains on the ceiling that looked like cigarette burns, including spots where the ash was burned onto the ceiling. When I got home all of my clothes smelled like the room, like wet cigarette or something. It was terrible. I left a day early because I couldn’t stand it.”
