“Heather at the front desk gave terrific customer service Her knowledge of the town and places to eat made our stay that much more enjoyable. The owner Ann has done a wonderful job in running the hotel. Her friendliness and out going personality is top notch! Kudos to both of you ! ”

“Don't stay here if you have high to average expectations for what a hotel should be. This property is in serious need of some TLC. Our room was dirty and run down. The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. Our lamp shades were dirty, one lamp was broken, the curtains were filthy, there was a crack in the ceiling, and the walls were dirty. Our room was……

“I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep.”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. A free shuttle to Mayo Clinic stops right outside the front lobby doors, Mayo St. Mary's Hospital is just across the street, and there are several restaurant options in walking distance from the property. The kitchenette in the suite, complementary guest laundry room, Monday thru Thursday light suppers, and daily breakfast make Aspen Suites ideal for longer stays. My only complaint is that it is not a quiet hotel. Hearing people walking……

“Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard. I felt like someone was watching on a camera just a weird feeling wasn’t a fan for a young lady staying alone ”

“There was nothing in the kitchen. Breakfast was pre packaged muffins and coffee. We stayed 3 nights. The hall carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and wasn't vacuumed while we were there. That was gross.”

“ Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good and included omelets and French toast. Best part was it being connected to the underground subway and there was no charge to park.”
