Check-in and communication with the host was straightforward and uncomplicated. The only complaint we had in the group, was that one of the beds is too soft (like really not usable soft). “The communication was good. The apartment was filled with top-quality workmanship. The security was excellent. The entrance way was beautiful, the woodwork and tile throughout was impressive. Strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The washer/dryer combo is better for small loads and does take a lot of time, though it is convenient to have it in the bathroom closet.
