"This review is less about the property itself than it is about the staff.
When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. The common room was very nice - all shared accomodations and things to do. I noticed they had beach towels available for guests to use which is very kind. Everything I saw was very clean and tidy.
Once the colleague arrived she explained to us that there was an issue in our room - a pipe had burst and the room was unavailable, and they had no rooms left. Of course my heart sank initially hearing this, but very quickly was thrown into surprise when she said that she had arranged alternate accomdations at another guest house up the road for us - and she planned to personally drive us over.
With the care and consideration that was taken by the staff here, the honesty and integrity and just general professionalism I can't say enough good things about them. I wish we were able to stay with them so we could experience the inn properly, but I have no doubt it is excellent 😊"
