"We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Nottingham House!Brittany was wonderful to work with—the booking process was easy to book and communication was incredibly clear and friendly.The house itself is a beautiful space and truly lives up to the word exceptional. It’s clear Brittany has thought of everything a guest could need. The special touches she added made our stay truly special, and we were so impressed by the amenities, including a French press and a rice cooker!The focus on guest comfort was evident everywhere, especially the beds: the mattresses were very comfortable, and the memory foam pillows were a huge bonus.The beautiful location made our trip unforgettable. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the back yard!We plan on booking again next time we are in Fairbanks. Highly, highly recommend!"

"The stay was great and the host was the best. We stayed at this lovely VRBO for 2 weeks while we waited for the keys to our home and it has a big drive way and spacious open floor plan. We needed some supplies while staying and the host had them delivered by the property manager and it really helped our stay. Having a 2 month old and 3 year old we had our hands full already and they lightened the load and made us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will point family to this location when they come to visit us in Alaska. Thanks so much!"

"The property looks like it pictures. It needs some updating but has very nice kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. When we arrived there was wet towel in the washer and the TV would not come on, the property manager had someone immediately come over and take are of the issues. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sofa in front of the TV was too. It was perfect for our needs"
