Family Vacation

We rented the whole house while in Fairbanks. We had 7 people stay so we were able to have our own space while there! Tera had everything you could need while there: water, snacks, local coffee! We loved staying on the river and being able to sit outside in the evenings! She was very prompt at responding to any questions I had or anything we needed! I highly recommend staying!

Tera was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner, she was accommodating to our groups needs. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone got a good nights sleep on the comfy mattresses. Thank you for the bubbly beverage and snacks. We really felt the warm welcome.
