It was wonderful staying here. Just the quiet time we needed. We were able to see a bit of the Northern Lights on our last night. The bed was very comfy and the apartment nicely laid out and very clean. A word of warning, though. If you have issues with stairs, make sure you book something one of the rooms closer to the ground as there is no elevator.

This is a one bedroom apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and coin laundry downstairs. We stayed in Fairbanks for 3 nights and this was like a home away from home. The communication with the owner was excellent! If you’re staying for any length of time, book this room if you can!!

Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement.
