「Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. When we got the instruction on access to the place, we learned that it was on the third floor and had no elevator and had to walk up and down 2 flights of steps. 「There was no power or lights in the bathroom. They told us that after we checked in. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve lights in bathroom they gave us a hand held light and extension cord that did not reach in the bathroom. The air conditioner is literally 2 feet from the bed and is VERY loud. So you have to turn it off to watch tv, but it is to hot in the room not to have it on.
