「Property was as advertised. Clean, up to date appliances. The host communicated very well which made our stay comfortable. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience but that’s expected staying in the city.」

「We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in West New York, NJ. The 3rd floor apartment was clean and very convenient to NY city for attractions. The host was fantastic and gave us many tips for our visit.」

「It was a well kept apartment.Extremely respectful and helpful host.Close to Central Park, shops and public transportation, this palce dislocate in historical Harlem, NY with a lot of places to visit. Close to restaurants as well for many choices. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Apt. Just requires a few minor improvements, but overall it was great.」

It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. 「The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! 」

「We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. 「Everything about our stay was beyond perfect! The house is gorgeous and the rooftop patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and wind in the evening. Lots of restaurants and parks nearby and it was super easy to use public transportation from there. We will for sure stay again on future trips! 」

It rained during our stay and we were sad we couldn't enjoying the beautiful patio area. Easy to find and easy directions from host. We would definitely book again. 」

「A very comfortable and clean home. It was pretty quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop a short walk away and easy to get to the city. There’s also an Aldi store around the corner and a Starbucks. The owner was very fast at responding whenever we had a question. Overall, We loved and enjoyed our short stay」
