"We were not told about the $15 credit. We were also overcharged both for the remaining balance and for a meal in one of their restaurants. We were not given any receipt or told that we would be charged a different amount, also our $15 credit was not removed. "We had to pay for parking. Great location if you like the downtown feel. Not the best for us. Will go back to staying at Hiltons for this price. "

"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at while we explored the National Parks. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks after a full day at Gateway Arch. Staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stop here again. "
