“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID……

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”

“We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible.……
