"We booked the home for a college tour of WVU. The house was amazing inside and out. The inside was beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. "I loved the Escape Pod. It was a bright clean, unique space. I love the design of the house. It was perfect for a weekend away. There were cool features, such as the island drawer fridge and freezer and the fabulous spiral staircase. We had snow one day which made for a fantastic view out over the lake. The hot tub was great and one of the features we were looking for in a weekend rental. All in all a very cool space which was the perfect setting for a wonderful weekend."

"We enjoyed our stay although the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy all the property had to offer. The house is large enough for multiple families. The beds were very comfy. If you have any early risers in your group, they should be on the first floor as every step taken upstairs is heard thru the entire house and the stairs are very loud. The kitchen is well equipped as was everything in the house from extra blankets, towels and detergent for laundry."

Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...
