"Very traumatic. I stayed on my way. Toilet was broken. Alarm chirped,until staff pulled it from ceiling. No night maintenance. Didn't charge for emotional support animals,but wanted 100 dollars for them a few days later. When i mentionef it,she was very rude. I agreed,but couldn't reach the card reader. I told her,abd she said too bad that's where she decided to put it. I moved it lower,and she claimed i broke it. She had already charged the card and tild me i had to leave or she would call the cops. Done with this place."
