We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything that you need. We loved the views and sitting on the deck around the fire. We also liked that it had a bbq pit which we used but watch out for the chipmucks, they like to get in bbq pit. Also the kids liked having their own floor downstairs and gave us parents privacy upstairs. We definitely recommend and would stay again. Owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway!

We had a great week relaxing and skiing Breck. The house was perfect for our family of 4. I was worried the drive to/from Breck would be a hassle but it was fine! 45 mins with snowy conditions, but the pass was clear and drivable.

Lovely stay in a cozy cabin. Porch facing east was great for morning coffee watching the sunrise and gazing out on the mountains and the valley below where cattle grazed. Visited by scampering chipmunks and chirpy little birds mornings and evenings. Inside cabin was comfortable indeed, and when they described it as "FULLY STOCKED," they were fully accurate! Utensils, spices, baby/kid accessories, games, you name it. Even olive oil! and coffee + filters! very nice. Road in was quite rocky/bumpy in spots, but we endured. Spent an hour each night stargazing in the driveway (it's easy to turn off the festive string lights on the porch), and saw satellites and shooting stars in abundance. Slept well on comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

Nice to play in Fairplay!

I enjoyed a beautiful weekend. Communication with the hosts was very easy even through the duration on my stay. An amazing location just 20 or so minutes from Fairplay. The location is beautiful - especially to watch the sun rise in the morning and hear nature wake! This is a lovely home and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lovely cabin and location

Me and my family spent a little over a week at this cabin and loved it. It's very nice and well kept, has a great view of the sprawling mountains, and the owner is friendly and available if needed. We really enjoyed spotting the different wildlife outside, and being centrally located to so many great trails all over the mountains, while also still having working internet and modern appliances. We would absolutely rent here again when we return to the area.

The perfect cabin

Our stay in Jake's cabin was wonderful. You have all you need, from cozy beds and fireplace to amazing views from the porch. This is a 10 star cabin. Jake was an awesome host, easy to communicate with. The location could not be better, 5 minutes from Fairplay, 35 minutes from all the activities Breckenridge has to offer but secluded to give you the peace you are looking for. The cabin is well stocked and everything in it is new. We will be back for sure, this is our spot in Colorado. Thank you Jake.
